About Agile Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Team Leadership: Build and anchor cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software products that meet client expectations.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Coaching and Development: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruptions during project execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency among team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within development teams by implementing Agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements

  • Affinity for Agile Methodologies: Experience in Scrum Master roles and knowledge of Agile principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to plan and execute projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
