Job Opportunity: Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to ensure high-quality work, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-to-Day Construction Activities: Ensure that all construction tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Verify that all work meets the required standards as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with Contractors and Workers: Foster effective communication and collaboration with contractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Prepare Progress Reports: Create and maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential hazards to guarantee a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering: A mandatory qualification for this role.
  • Site Supervision Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supervising construction sites is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi is a must for effective site communication.
  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with drawings, measurements, and site safety procedures is necessary.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage labor teams and ensure high-quality work outcomes.
