As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution:
  • Supervision of Electrical, Mechanical, and Firefighting Equipment Maintenance:
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring and Maintenance Material Management:
  • Compliance with Safety Regulations and Environmental Standards:

Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for observing the provisions of HTPL/Zircon management system and contributing to continuous improvement. You will assist in preventive maintenance job planning and execution, including warranty jobs. You will supervise maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment. You will manage spare part planning, monitoring, and technical confirmation. You will follow up on major breakdowns, repairs, and external party repairs. You will conduct safety inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will create and implement preventive maintenance documents and schedules for equipment. You will maintain records for diesel consumption and tire efficiency of handling equipment. You will raise requisitions for electrical, mechanical, and rail siding spares. You will assist in setting up an in-house maintenance team and spare parts management. You will provide reports on maintenance activities, fuel usage, and electrical consumption. You will implement environmental management system procedures to reduce waste.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management is preferred.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Rail Siding Equipment Maintenance:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint):
  • Ability to Plan and Manage Preventive Maintenance and Repair Activities:
  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal, with Attention to Detail:
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Documentation and Complex Written Information:
  • Strong Leadership Skills with Experience in Team Management and Vendor Coordination:
  • Knowledge of Environmental and Safety Regulations and Their Application to Maintenance:
