Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Role:

This position entails maintaining standardized chart of accounts, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and integrating data from various systems to deliver reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the master chart of accounts to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile all bank and credit card statements on a timely basis, investigating any discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Integrate and reconcile data from POS sales, deposits, and other relevant sources to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Record daily sales summaries and track inventory, COGS, and waste to inform business decisions.
  • Manage deferred revenue and redemptions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Run three-way matches for vendor bills and process payments efficiently.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and reconcile payroll journals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Track labor percentages by location and department, and accrue payroll taxes and benefits as needed.
  • Prepare sales and use tax workpapers and support external auditors with annual returns.
  • Deliver location P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and consolidated roll-ups on a regular basis.
