Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing daily engineering operations across hospitality assets. The incumbent ensures seamless functioning of all technical systems, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and team performance.

The position contributes to guest satisfaction and operational excellence through strategic planning, training, and disciplined execution of engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and guest comfort.
  • Implement preventive and routine maintenance schedules for electro-mechanical and civil infrastructure.
  • Monitor utility consumption, ensure energy efficiency, and maintain cost discipline.
  • Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, upkeep of machine rooms, and adherence to engineering SOPs.
  • Conduct department-level technical and safety training, including best practices.
  • Coordinate documentation and retention of records as per audit and operational standards.
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Promote eco-friendly practices and awareness among team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B.E./B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.
