About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in promoting Janani Family Care's Implant in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Delhi.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively covering assigned territories, building strong business relationships with customers, and ensuring adequate distribution of our products.

You will achieve assigned sales targets, increase productivity, and activate new outlets to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels of distributors, regular visits as per beat plan, and monitoring competitors' presence in the assigned territory.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You should also be proactive, innovative, and committed to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively cover assigned territory and maintain a list of customers by building business relationships and ensuring adequate distribution.
  • Cover doctors, clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare providers regularly for medical detailing and ensure regular supply of Janani Family Care products.
  • Achieve assigned number of sales calls daily to meet monthly sales target and cash collection.
  • Increase productivity and activate new outlets.
  • Look for new areas of sales in the territory.
  • Bring innovation in selling more product to existing customers.
  • Maintain stock levels of distributors and adequate product mix.
  • Regularly visit as per beat plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory and report to supervisor.
