Job Title: Science and Technology Consultant

  • We are seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in life sciences informatics to lead our client-facing initiatives.

As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative AI-enabled solutions that help our clients succeed in their R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translating clients' scientific operational needs into actionable initiatives by bridging business, IT, and scientific domains.
  2. Supporting new business development and expanding our footprint by collaborating closely with the sales team.
  3. Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide presales technical functional expertise and create pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  4. Leading the preparation of proposals, project estimations, responses to RFIs and RFPs, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and our capabilities.
  5. Developing statements of work (SOWs) to ensure smooth transition from presales to project execution and operations teams.
  6. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and bioinformatics/AI platform engineering to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (M.Sc or Ph.D.) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consulting experience in biopharma services organizations.
  • Strong background in bioinformatics tools, OMICs data applications, AI/ML life sciences, and Gen AI qualifications.
  • Ability to articulate strategic and operational impact using data-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to synthesize complex scientific and technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
