Recruitment Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Third Bridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in supporting the continued growth of our company by assisting with UK and US recruitment activities and guiding candidates through our hiring process.
You will build relationships with candidates, teammates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide an optimal candidate and stakeholder experience. You will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in London and collaborate with all Recruitment Coordinators globally to provide a seamless administrative service.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews, and send relevant confirmations to attendees.
- Interview Materials: Create and distribute interview materials to candidates and interviewers alike.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and other departments.
- Offer Letters and Contracts: Create offer letters and contracts to send to successful candidates and save signed contracts in the appropriate folder.
- Background Checks: Complete background checks on all future new starters.
- Right-to-Work Status: Check the right-to-work status of all confirmed new starters.
- Applicant Tracking System: Help manage the data integrity and compliance of our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) and ensure that all recruitment activity is recorded via this system.
- Process Improvement: Guide our Recruiters on best practices in SmartRecruiters while working with other Recruitment Coordinators to help improve processes.
- Reporting and Communication: Update relevant teams and trackers on any new starter changes and generate reports on specific recruitment metrics, as needed.
- Onboarding Support: Work with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Team Collaboration: Build relationships with other Recruitment Coordinators to ensure that best practice and consistency are followed across the team.
- Experience: Experience as a coordinator or administrator within a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition function.
- Prioritization and Organization: Ability to prioritize a high volume, fast-changing workflow.
- Self-Motivation and Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
- Team Player: A team player with the ability to also work independently and someone who is not afraid to ask for help when they need it.
- Urgency and Time Management: Sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills.
- Communication: Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills.
