Maximo Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Maximo Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with our customers to configure and customize Maximo modules, develop workflows and automation scripts, and perform system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs.
  • Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jython).

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management (preferably v7.6 or later).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
