Job Title: Senior Research AnalystJob Description:

As a senior research analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating various indices to ensure they accurately reflect market conditions. Your work will involve daily computations, rebalancing, and reviewing index criteria to ensure it meets the required standards.

One of your key responsibilities will be to develop new products that can replicate indices for index funds or ETFs. This will require thorough research and analysis to create innovative solutions.

You will also be responsible for back-testing index strategies to ensure they meet performance expectations. Additionally, you will track competitors and global practices on passive investments to stay ahead in the market.

In this role, you will establish processes for new index computation and automate existing ones to improve efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices. Finally, you will prepare ad-hoc analytical reports for senior management and external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of fixed income domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of fixed income mutual funds (or AIF, PMS, Insurance) products
  • Fluency with bond and index mathematics
  • Analytical inclination
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
