Job Title

Analyze, design and implement large-scale data systems in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an intermediate-level position responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

  • Contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities
  • Identify and define necessary system enhancements
  • Utilize knowledge of business processes and industry standards to solve complex issues
Responsibilities
  • Develop working knowledge of Citi's information systems, procedures, standards, client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications
  • Absorb knowledge of Big Data Hadoop environment, Hive, Python, PySpark, Linux, SQL
  • Apply risk management principles to business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
Qualifications
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in programming and debugging used in business applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development
