About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Engineer to join our Controllers Division in Bengaluru. As a Financial Modeling Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions to manage the firm's financial control and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop quantitative models in three key areas: independent price verification, revenue analysis and modeling, and regulatory capital measurement
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their requirements and design solutions tailored to their needs
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory frameworks and leverage quantitative skills to help the firm manage capital resources
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, statistics, or engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling
  • Excellent command of mathematics, modeling, and numerical algorithms, with experience in machine learning and data science skills a plus
  • Strong programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (C++, Python, or Java)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience speaking to technical and business audiences
