As a pivotal team member of the International Business Division, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Account Directors to provide outstanding service to clients while driving revenue growth.

About This Role:
  • This position involves leading project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of clients' research needs and design effective solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for developing and localizing research instruments, briefing materials, and data collection plans.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and other qualitative research methods to gather actionable insights.
  • Maintain data quality throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality qualitative data analysis and insights to clients through clear and concise reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective client communication is crucial, ensuring timely responses and proactive issue resolution.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing market information and supporting their business goals.
  • Proactively discuss issues and provide actionable solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support field visits and ensure seamless execution of client activities.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
  • Strong inter-team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in qualitative research, with the ability to derive actionable insights and present complex findings to clients.
  • Willingness to travel across India for project management and client visits.
  • Desirable: Experience working with international clients and exposure to diverse cultural contexts.
