FICO Financial Transformation Expert

Role Overview:
FICO Financial Transformation ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned FICO professional to drive financial transformation in manufacturing enterprises. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FI modules and technical skills to configure and implement SAP FI system settings.
The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams. Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules like MM, SD, and CO is highly desirable.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP FI system settings, including chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.
- Process financial transactions, including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system issues and errors.
- Generate financial statements and audit reports using SAP FI reporting and analytics.
- Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in SAP FI modules, including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Special Purpose Ledger.
- Proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI, such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, and FBL5N.
- Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules like MM, SD, and CO.
- Familiarity with SAP data migration tools, such as LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams.
- Strong documentation skills for functional specs, configuration details, and user manuals.
- Requirements:
- Robust manufacturing domain expertise.
- Technical experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Experience with SAP certification, Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
