Highly Skilled Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer, Site Reliability to guarantee the dependability and scalability of our financial systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our Accounting and Finance platforms adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for performance, reliability, and uptime.
- Develop automation solutions for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities to minimize manual effort and operational risk.
- Promote comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for accounting applications and data pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, dbt workflows, ERP integrations).
- Lead and participate in on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.
- Establish and enforce best practices for capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and compliance controls in financial systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure operational needs are met from development through production.
- Evaluate and ensure that financial applications and data pipelines meet audit, compliance, and security requirements.
- Drive post-incident reviews, implement lessons learned, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance system resilience.
