Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Monitoring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting complex network systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advance understanding of Cisco R&S, Wireless, and QoS technologies is required.
  • Deep knowledge of WLAN infrastructure, network management, and security, including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax WLAN standards and industry best practices is necessary.
  • Expertise in NexGen Wifi (WiFi-6) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Wireless LAN controller and Cisco AP troubleshooting, as well as Cisco WLC IOS Code upgrade is essential.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco WLC models like 9800, 8500, 5520, 5508, 2504, 5508 with HA SSO and all models of Cisco APs, including wave 2 and next generation 9100 series APs is crucial.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting & Debugging expertise on Cisco WLC and Access Points, plus WLAN infrastructure like Cisco Prime, DNAC, Cisco ISE, etc is highly valued.
  • Access point configuration in CAPWAP and Mobility Express solutions is key.
  • Traffic migration from Flex connect to Local mode and vice versa requires careful consideration.
  • Working experience with emerging network technologies, such as SDN and converged infrastructure, is an added advantage.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in system monitoring and networking is required.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively is critical.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
