Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage guest requests, including room changes, extra amenities, and other special requests.
- Work collaboratively with other Front Office team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized Front Desk area, adhering to Hyatt's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, room management, and guest services.
