Job Title: Executive Assistant – Client Communications & Relationship ManagementLocation: Byculla, Mumbai | Full-TimeAbout the RoleThis dynamic and proactive role involves supporting leadership while acting as a key point of contact for client communication. The successful candidate will nurture relationships, coordinate with customers, and help ensure we deliver on our promises with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the company and clients – respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain a calendar of meetings, installations, and customer check-ins
- Prepare quotes, presentations, and communication drafts for leadership
- Track ongoing client projects, feedback, and timelines using tools like Excel or Notion
- Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom visits, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client records and communications history
- Support day-to-day admin tasks, documentation, and internal coordination
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or executive assistant roles
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools
- Professional, approachable, and reliable demeanor
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building instincts
- Background in interior design will be helpful
- Experience in design, interiors, or furniture industries
- A knack for making clients feel heard, respected, and remembered
- Prior work in a small business or startup environment
