Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the timely delivery of our mobile games releases. This individual will need to comprehend the release requirements, align necessary resources, and monitor progress through regular checks.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the release scope and its purpose.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Producers to create project plans and resource allocations.
  • Work closely with various Heads of Departments and partner managers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate actively in production phases, working with creative, art, development, and QC teams to guarantee projects remain on track.
  • Escalate issues promptly and clearly, presenting possible solutions for management consideration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A proven track record of launching or updating products (games preferred) regularly, with at least 8 releases within a 12-month period.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A background in mobile app development, if not in mobile game development, is highly beneficial for understanding involved teams.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores is an added advantage.

Education

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably accompanied by additional formal qualifications in Project Management.
