We help brands and businesses to grow their online presence on various platforms such as Amazon and their own websites.

Our team loves brainstorming ideas on marketing strategies and utilizing technology to execute them further to achieve our goals.

However, nothing gives us a bigger kick than boosting sales and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise :

œ Hands-on experience with complicated customizations of the latest versions of Magento.

œ Regular review of codes before they go for UAT and optimize the system for speed and scalability.

œ Identify productization and automation opportunities as per internal team requirements.

œ Stay up-to-date with the latest Magento technologies.

Project Delivery

• Understand business requirements to design and deliver best possible solutions to clients.

• Work hands-on on projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

• Guide and train teams to help them execute their projects effectively.

• Identify and implement process improvements related to effective coding practices.

• Responsible for flawless delivery of each project.

Team Building & Management

• Build high-performing teams with right technical talent and outstanding project execution skills.

• Get involved in team building by actively participating in hiring, training, and people management of team members.

Requirements

• Min 4 years of experience in E-Commerce CMS such as Magento.

• Experience in developing/editing third-party extensions.

• Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL.

• Experience in Javascript frameworks such as jQuery.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Developer with strong PHP, Zend, and object-oriented programming experience.

• Good experience in Magento core development (PHP) and Module development which involves database-level operations.

• Website Development project including back-end customizing API, plugins, and modules.

• Performance Optimization using cache, solr, or any nosql search.

Good To Have

• Experience in Magento Enterprise is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source community.

• Experience in building scalable Magento systems.
