Project Architect - Interiors Job Description

The role of a Senior Project Architect in Interiors is to manage interior design projects from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Leading project teams, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and ensuring adherence to company standards are also part of the role.

Requirements for this position include expertise in Architecture and interior design, fitouts, experience in handling large-scale projects, proficiency with BIM software, ability to prepare and review project submittals, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Previous experience in a senior architectural role is preferred but not required.
