This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless operations and high system reliability.
As a hybrid QA and support professional, you will work 3 days in the office and have flexibility to work from home for remaining days. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases for Oracle middleware components, including SOA, OSB, and BPEL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for Oracle middleware components.
- Monitor and support middleware infrastructure (SOA Suite, WebLogic, OSB), ensuring system uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across application, middleware, and database layers, providing RCA and resolution.
- Work closely with integration teams to validate data flows between upstream and downstream systems.
- Automate repetitive validation steps where feasible using scripts or automation frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic) testing and support.
- Strong understanding of middleware architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and root cause analysis.
- Good command over XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware message tracing.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting high-availability middleware systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, log analysis, and shell scripting for troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of automation tools or scripting to improve QA and support workflows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
