Senior Oracle SCM Technical Specialist

Location: Remote Opportunity

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • With at least 5+ years of experience in developing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, including Planning, Inventory, BOM, Costing, and Production Controls, as well as discrete and process manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in software development skills such as detailed application design, database design, object-oriented concepts, and abstraction/dependency injection patterns.
  • Experience with integrating applications using integration software like OIC, MuleSoft, AWS API Management, REST API, or equivalent middleware solutions.
  • Knowledge of developing extensions using VBCS.
  • Deep understanding of relational database development using Oracle database technologies, SQL queries, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Draw.IO or other design tools.
  • A strong focus on testing during the development phase.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Passionate about exploring new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Understanding of application server configurations, memory/connection management, and problem-solving skills to make sound technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
