Technical Lead Position

This is a key leadership role that requires experience in designing and delivering enterprise solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable enterprise-grade solutions using OpenShift, Kafka, and container-based architectures. They will also lead container migrations from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms.

The Technical Lead will take ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation. They will drive compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes, as well as mentor development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies.

Additionally, the Technical Lead will collaborate with product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. They will evaluate and implement tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve operational visibility and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments.
