ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

Job Description Overview:

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant.

  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of IT industry experience.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and hands-on experience implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC), and other related technologies.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, industrial control systems, and Purdue Model architecture.

The role requires excellent configuration and enhancement capabilities on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop training materials and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
