The Human Resources Business Partner plays a strategic and hands-on role in developing and executing people strategies that drive business growth. This position collaborates closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance management, retention, rewards, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, HR functional expertise, and a passion for driving business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Critical HR Metrics: Develop and implement strategies to enhance retention, engagement, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Engage with Key Partners: Collaborate with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship to drive talent acquisition, staffing, HR services, and business outcomes.
  • Lead HR Initiatives: Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development, training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives and best practices.
  • HR Operations and Employee Relations: Responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and business HR teams.
  • Business Problem-Solving: Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve, analyze trends, and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • HR Policies and Directives: Own and drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Complex Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
