Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cashiering Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor and resolve client funding exceptions.
  • Resolve transaction discrepancies between the firm's internal system and the bank statement.
  • Interact with compliance, risk, client service, and other internal groups regarding client funding exceptions.
  • Interface with banks on client funding issues.
  • Identify and design improvements to cashiering systems and payment methods.
  • Participate in a variety of group projects (ongoing or ad hoc).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of comfort with computers and technology.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and presenting data clearly and concisely.
