Job Title:

Capital Market Operations Specialist

Join our team as a Capital Market Operations Specialist and be part of a dynamic organization that drives innovation and excellence in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation in various internal systems and proprietary company software.
  • Responsible for quality control on securities entered onto proprietary company software.
  • Identify discrepancies and make necessary updates to reconcile data.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, with demonstrated experience in Financial Services Operations or similar roles. The ideal candidate must possess excellent comprehension and articulation skills, as well as knowledge of industry activities related to the Middle and Back Office Capital Market Ops (Securities Ops, Wealth and Asset Management Ops, exposure to financial Instruments & Financial markets).

Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation in various internal systems and proprietary company software, responsible for quality control on securities entered onto proprietary company software, identifying discrepancies and making necessary updates to reconcile data. A solid understanding of the security market and mutual fund operations is beneficial. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze and interpret data/numbers and work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have up to 1-2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations. A Bachelor-s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated, proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role are highly desirable.
