Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead the integration of IBM Maximo with iMaintenance SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in EAM and hands-on experience with MIF, architectural design skills and strong analytical abilities.

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and design of IBM Maximo integrations with Innovapptive's SaaS products.
  • Define integration patterns leveraging REST APIs and SOAP services where required.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable and high-performance integration solutions.
  • Map Maximo business processes and data models to iMaintenance workflows (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement etc.).
  • Establish API governance, authentication mechanisms and data synchronization strategies.
  • Guide development and QA teams on best practices for Maximo API utilization and error handling.
  • Conduct technical workshops with customers and internal teams to validate requirements and deliver technical design documents.
  • Provide performance optimization, troubleshooting and ongoing support for Maximo integrations.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on IBM Maximo architecture and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Maximo data model, business processes and MIF.
  • Proven expertise in designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for Maximo.
  • Hands-on experience with MIF in past projects.
  • Experience with API management tools (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS integration models.
  • Knowledge of mobile application integrations preferably with enterprise field applications.
  • Proficiency in JSON, XML and scripting languages for Maximo customization/integration.
  • Experience with security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable architectures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP integration alongside Maximo.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker and microservices architecture.
  • Prior work in enterprise asset management EAM, field mobility or industrial IoT solutions.
