Job Title: Senior Consultant

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in SAP FICO module is essential for this role.
  • On-demand support is required for Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as well as partners in charge of data centers administration (database management, upgrades, performance).
  • The individual will be accountable for escalated solution issues to the Global Support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follow up until they are closed according to defined process. The support provided will be functional (analysis, feedback, recommendations).
  • Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization for testing purposes.
  • Liaise with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure release validation process is done properly.
  • Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions on his/her area.
  • Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement.
  • Deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM) require expertise in SAP and Financial and Controlling Processes.
