Job Title:

Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support our SAP IS-U FI-CA application. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to understand business requirements and ensure project delivery timelines.
• Design and implement complex technical solutions related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
• Plan and estimate developments, ensuring execution as per planning and coordination with offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes and share domain and technical expertise with peers and team members.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U FI-CA application and its functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong technical skills and experience in implementing complex technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
