Your Role

At Nasdaq, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, estimates, and peer reviews of test scripts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans, test estimates, and peer review of test scripts.
  • Independently test software systems end-to-end and perform root cause analysis of issues observed during the testing cycle.
  • Creates, executes, and maintains test automation scripts.
  • Enhance existing frameworks and scripts to enable them to run on cloud infrastructure.
  • Support various product teams in quality engineering by enabling test automation through upskilling them when required.
  • Generate various test automation metrics like automation coverage.

About You

  • At least 6-9 years of experience in QA Test Automation.
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Core Java, Playwright.
  • Expertise in automation framework development, specifically with Page Object.
  • Experience in Appium and Rest-Assured is a plus.
  • Experience in build tools like Maven or Gradle.
  • Knowledge on CI/CD and Jenkins is a plus.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
