A visionary Senior Data Scientist is sought after to join a dynamic team dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions. This esteemed professional will leverage their expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to build cutting-edge predictive analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders and customers to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored solutions.

• Design and lead the development of AI-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.

• Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Break down complex business problems into manageable, machine-learning driven workflows.

• Foster collaboration between data science and development teams to accelerate development cycles.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field (PhD preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on healthcare applications.

• Proficiency in Python, with expertise in building enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of classical and modern NLP techniques, including transformer architectures.

• Familiarity with fine-tuning large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.

• Experience with GenAI tools, such as RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.

• Proficiency in at least one ML platform: Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
