Job Overview

The job requires assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate to address various conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care strategies to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes to track improvements and identify areas for further development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years who can demonstrate their ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
