About the Role
  • Lead complex financial transactions from inception to closure, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in sectors such as technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, and BFSI.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams for efficient deal structuring and execution.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, including venture capitals, private equities, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  2. Prepare comprehensive pitch decks, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising efforts.
  3. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration is required.
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance or Strategy from a top-tier B-school is preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant, CFA (USA), or FRM certification is highly valued.
  • 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles with a proven track record.
