About the Position

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in spearheading the design, execution, and expansion of educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Strategy & Planning: Develop strategic plans for project growth, lead project design, create standard operating procedures, and establish partnerships with Ministries and NGOs.
  • Fundraising & Donor Relations: Design fundraising strategies, draft proposals, lead presentations, and manage donor communication to foster strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership & Process Management: Recruit and manage cross-functional teams, conduct performance reviews, cultivate a culture of ownership, and resolve team conflicts effectively.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Lead the implementation of concurrent evaluation systems, ensure timely academic reporting, and design frameworks for independent evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Finance, Budget & Compliance: Oversee budget management, provide guidance to the accounts team, and maintain transparency and financial discipline to ensure accountability.
  • Innovation & Quality Assurance: Introduce digital innovations, optimize academic modules, and standardize quality benchmarks to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Communication & Documentation: Prepare policy manuals, annual reports, and stakeholder updates, and ensure quality assurance across all forms of communication.

Required Qualifications: A Master's degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Work, Education, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management within the development sector.
