Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team.

This role involves ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our systems, applications, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes cluster upgrades, application re-platforming, Elasticsearch tuning, Kafka management, and automation of operational tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving deployment pipelines, incident response, and overall system performance.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement best practices for security, observability, and scalability.
  • Maintain Elasticsearch and Kafka clusters for optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Tune Elasticsearch for efficient search and indexing, manage Kafka for real-time data streaming, and troubleshoot any issues related to these services.
  • Automate operational tasks, optimize infrastructure, and proactively resolve issues to maintain system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
