Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Proven track record of success in improving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
