Restaurant Operations Manager Job Summary
">- This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience and that employees are motivated to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in the management of restaurant team members, including training, coaching, and evaluating performance
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
">- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Proven track record of success in improving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
