Job Title: Tech Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to lead large engineering teams. This role requires expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

About the Role:
We need someone who can provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing solutions. You will oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance are followed. Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices. Ensure coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solutions Architecture Support: Provide technical guidance and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Development Oversight: Oversee development teams and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Mentorship: Conduct training sessions and mentor developers.
  • Coding Standards: Ensure coding standards are followed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
You should have 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies. Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs, MEAN, Reactjs, MERN, Python. Strong experience designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Cloud platforms (preferably AWS). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture.
  • GraphQL: Knowledge of GraphQL.
