Senior Government Partnership Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:
">- Tender Identification & Execution involves scanning government portals for relevant tenders, evaluating eligibility, compliance, and feasibility in coordination with internal teams.
- Government Relationship Management includes building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company at government forums, industry events, and pitch meetings.
- Strategy & Business Development focuses on creating a pipeline of long-term government contracts and strategic projects, staying updated on upcoming budget allocations and central/state government marketing plans.
- Compliance & Documentation ensures all registrations are valid and renewed, coordinates with CA/legal consultants for certificates and bid documents, and maintains an organized repository of submitted bids, past experience certificates, and LoAs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
">- 4–8 years of experience in tendering or government business development, preferably in media/advertising/digital marketing.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Public Policy, or related field.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (Hindi & English), analytical mindset, attention to detail for tender documents, stakeholder management, public sector diplomacy, proficiency with MS Office, GEM/eProcurement portals, and compliance documentation.
Preferred Qualities:
">- Existing network in key government departments.
- Prior experience winning government media tenders or executing PSU projects.
- Entrepreneurial approach with ability to own outcomes end-to-end.

">- Digital marketing/media ecosystem knowledge.
