Role Overview:
Are you passionate about social impact and adept at navigating CSR and Government ecosystems ? Karadi Path Education Company is looking for a dynamic and enterprising professional to lead and scale our CSR & Government project partnerships across India.
Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Fund Raising and Partnerships (B2B Social Impact Programmes)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 years in CSR/Government projects)
CTC : Negotiable and aligned with the candidate's skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive fund raising through CSR and Government initiatives.
* Build strategic relationships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and
Consultants.
* Lead proposal writing (must-have), project budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
* Explore new funding opportunities through events, networks, and digital platforms.
* Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with data analysis.
* Travel extensively across urban and rural India.
Requirements:
* MBA/Postgraduate in Rural Management, CSR, or related fields.
* Strong experience in CSR/Government programs and stakeholder engagement
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
* Proficient in MS Office and data management tools
* High ownership, multitasking ability, and proactive reporting skills
