Job Title: Product Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of features from conception to launch, deeply understanding product requirements, business logic, and user needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
  • Strong coding skills in backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.

Tech Stack:

  • Backend Technologies: Node.js, Python, microservices architecture.
  • Frontend Technologies: Flutter, Dart, mobile app development.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
