We are seeking an exceptional AI Developer/Architect to join our team and drive innovation in GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI/ML engineering skills, combined with the ability to design scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement AI-Powered Solutions: Leverage LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks to develop cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Build and Manage Data Ingestion Pipelines: Utilize Azure Blob Storage and related services to build efficient data ingestion pipelines.
  • Develop Agentic AI Systems: Design and implement triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation in Agentic AI systems.
  • Optimize Model Performance: Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Generative AI Architectures: Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI.
  • Hands-On Experience with Azure AI Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
  • Prompt Engineering and Orchestration Frameworks: Familiarity with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals.
  • 4+ Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in AI development.
  • Multiple Locations in India: Ability to work in multiple locations in India.

  • Cloud-Native Development: Experience in cloud-native development using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Microservices and API Integration: Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
