Configuration Analysis Senior Specialist

This is a senior-level position responsible for configuring client systems for pricing and provider contracts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in US healthcare claims payer, configuring client systems for pricing and provider contracts and UAT testing.

The role involves evaluating configuration requirements, formulating configuration approaches, participating in problem-solving of health plan benefits, provider pricing, reporting, operational, and system issues. Additionally, the specialist will be required to perform various tasks related to the resolution of production support issues based on client configurations with the core administrative system and supporting activities to update configuration within the core claims processing system.

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in US healthcare Claims Payer
  • 6 years of experience in configuring client systems for pricing and provider contracts and UAT testing
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required, and an associate degree or technical college coursework preferred

The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, query writing, and exposure to VB/VB.net. A flexible schedule is required, with availability Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm EST, with the possibility of shift changes based on client requirements and potential overtime and weekend work.
