Structural Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Integrity Engineer to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing civil/structural engineering expertise to various manufacturing sites globally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to Upstream and Downstream manufacturing sites.
- Sustain ExxonMobil's culture of safety and support compliance with established safety management systems.
- Participate in the development of company and industry standards.
- Assist facilities with risk management activities to ensure compliance with ExxonMobil's Operation Integrity Management System expectations.
- Provide onshore and offshore technical support in structural design and analysis, structural integrity plan management, and execution.
- Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Structural Engineering and Integrity Management for projects/in-service units in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Site experience and knowledge in evaluations of existing structures.
- Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-Submersible.
- Management of engineering design.
- Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions.
- Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards.
- Able to identify anomalies from civil/structural inspection reports and provide repair recommendations using sound engineering judgment and best practices.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
