Ammunition Production Quality Assurance Manager

Drive operational quality by overseeing the entire ammunition production process, ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards and company protocols. Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems to guarantee consistency and excellence throughout all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols that align with industry regulations and company expectations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of production processes from raw materials to finished products to identify potential quality issues.
- Analyze quality data to track performance, generate reports, and pinpoint root causes of problems.
- Develop corrective actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure effective resolution of quality concerns.
- Train and mentor quality control personnel on best practices and foster a culture of quality awareness.
- Negotiate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality requirements for raw materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality control activities, procedures, and reports.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with management, production teams, and stakeholders regarding quality issues and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control).
- A minimum of 14 years of experience in ammunition manufacturing, quality control techniques, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of quality control professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
