We are seeking a meticulous professional with experience in quality standards to join our organization. The ideal candidate is organized, methodical, and skilled in ensuring accuracy and customer-centric deliverables.

  • The primary responsibility will be complete QA, including reviewing non-English content.
  • You will plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance.
  • Suggestions for identified deliverable problems will be required.
  • Assistance in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs will be provided.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction. Collaboration with production teams will be necessary to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure trend alignment and proper documentation.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify and report recurring issues.
  • Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design.
  • Pursue continuing learning on new solutions, technology, and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 3+ year experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related domains.
  • Comfortable reviewing non-English languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
