Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as an Information Security Analyst.

This role plays a critical part in protecting sensitive health data, fostering trust with clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Awareness Training: Facilitate regular security awareness training sessions for employees to educate them on best practices and policies.
  • Compliance Queries: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding compliance-related queries and provide timely responses.
  • Meetings and Compliance Walkthroughs: Coordinate meetings, compliance walkthroughs, and documentation reviews between IT, HR, Legal, and client teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Client Assessments and Security Questionnaires: Assist in client assessments, RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires by working closely with Subject Matter Experts to provide accurate and informative responses.
  • Change Management and Access Control: Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure that Change Management and Access Control practices are followed and well-documented to maintain the highest level of security.
  • Incident Response: Support incident response processes by maintaining logs, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Documentation Management: Manage internal documentation including policies, procedures, training materials, and reports to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Regulatory Updates: Track changes in industry regulations and communicate implications to stakeholders to ensure that the organization remains compliant.
  • Audits and Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits by organizing evidence and facilitating interviews to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
