Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with excellent communication and analytical skills to oversee the management of commercial real estate assets. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management, a strong understanding of financial transactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to maximize investor returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial real estate assets, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing regular reports on asset performance.
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, identifying contractors, and procuring work scopes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely retrieval of asset-related documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field.
