Job Title: Voice Support Specialist

As a key player in delivering exceptional learner experiences, you will take on the critical role of Voice Support Specialist. This position involves actively engaging with learners through personalized calls to facilitate account setup and initial orientation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming new learners by making proactive, customized calls to guide them through the initial onboarding process.
  • Reaching out to at-risk learners identified by our system to provide timely support and resolve their challenges.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to billing, platform access, and general inquiries through seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions and learner status within our CRM system.
  • Participating in quality assurance assessments and offering constructive feedback to enhance workflows and improve learner outcomes.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic voice communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: The capacity to understand concerns, assess needs, and act promptly.
  • Learner-Centric Mindset: Patience and dedication to enhancing learner experience and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Time Management: Capability to efficiently manage call schedules, follow-ups, and reports.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and internal platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in voice-based support, preferably in EdTech, customer support, or student success roles.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with escalation protocols and quality assurance practices.
